The Objective
Protos Security required a unified, high-performance physical infrastructure across their rapidly expanding national footprint. They needed a single integration partner capable of standardizing their Command Centers, IT Closets, and collaboration spaces from coast to coast.
The Execution
GTS operated as primary infrastructure architects across the full national deployment. We executed massive new-office build-outs, frequently handling intensive low-voltage environments requiring upwards of 400+ cable pulls per location. Deployments spanned their Connecticut HQ to major operational hubs across the eastern seaboard and beyond.
Beyond the copper and fiber backbones, we constructed and certified core IT Closets, fully integrated physical security perimeters with IP cameras, deployed digital signage networks, and engineered zero-latency AV for their Conference, Focus, and Meeting rooms. Every deployment concluded with extensive staff training and ongoing enterprise support.

The Objective
During the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, the NYC OCME faced an unprecedented logistical and tracking crisis. They required immediate, highly secure surveillance and asset-tracking architecture deployed across rapidly constructed mobile response environments — with no margin for delay.
The Execution
Operating under extreme urgency, GTS engineered and installed comprehensive IP camera networks and tracking software directly into active disaster zones. We routed infrastructure across mobile mortuary units, Disaster Portable Morgue Units (DPMUs), and temporary facilities — ensuring total visibility and chain-of-custody tracking throughout the response operation.

The Objective
Historic municipal buildings require highly specialized engineering to modernize their capabilities without compromising their architecture. The New York City Library system needed a comprehensive overhaul of their public communication systems, with a strict mandate to improve accessibility for all patrons — including ADA compliance.
The Execution
We executed a multi-layered technological upgrade across the facility. The cornerstone was the installation of a state-of-the-art Assistive Listening System (ALS) — deploying magnetic induction hearing loops beneath the architecture, enabling crystal-clear audio directly into the telecoils (t-coils) of patrons' hearing aids and cochlear implants, bypassing ambient room noise entirely.
In addition to the ALS deployment, we engineered robust AV setups for public meeting and community rooms, and installed a comprehensive digital signage network throughout the library for dynamic, easily updatable information and wayfinding.
